The Sports Performance classes are for serious athletes

This program will involve

-Speed & agility training

-Flexibility & mobility

-Endurance training 

-Introduction to weight training

-Dynamic balance & coordination

Classes are offered (Teenagers)

Monday-Wednesday & Fridays 4:15-5:00PM

6-11 year olds

Fridays 3:30-4:15

Pricing Options-Sign up here.  Plans are listed under Sports Performance options

-$20 per class

-1 Class a week $75 per month

-2 Classes a week, $125 per month

-3 classes a week, $145 per month
