SERIOUS ATHLETES ONLY

This program will involve

-Speed & agility training

-Flexibility & mobility

-Endurance training 

-Introduction to weight training

-Dynamic balance & coordination

These abilities apply to all sports

Classes

Mon-Thursday 6:00-6:45

Monday-Upper body strength + conditioning

Tuesday-Lower body strength + conditioning

Wednesday-Speed, agility and endurance

Thursday-Full body power + strength
