30 Minute circuit Classes are a great Segway into our program , they can also be an effective yet efficient option as a stand alone class. These workouts include working stations for a set amount of time that you rotate through, there will typically be at least 1 new exercise added each week which will eventually lead you to having a really good grasp on a wide range movements. The number of movements and time spent at each will vary from class to class this class is ultimitely designed for people that might have an injury or 2, that are just not quite comfortable enough for the regular classes orjust want to learn a bit more before getting into our program.
