Kids Fitness Classes
Our kids fitness classes are designed to help kids of all ages learn how to move correctly, improve their balance, coordination and strength in a fun environment.
Class format will typically be as follows
-Warm up and stretch
-Movement education
-Conditioning workout
-Fitness based games
Class schedule
Tuesdays 4:15-5:00, 9-12 year olds
Fridays 3:15-4:00, 6-9 year olds
