Service Description
These classes involve more cyclical movements (Run, bike, row, ski, jump rope...) at lower intensities for longer periods of time.to help improve your over all heart health and ability to move for longer time periods at a sustained intensity. These classes work for everyone, modifications will be made for beginners.
