The assessment allows us to collect data and take a deep look into what the pitfalls are in your current diet.
Having data allows us to provide effective feedback as well as set realistic goals.
These sessions will help make better decisions easier with goals, strategies and tips.
We recommend 12 weeks to start (2-4 sessions per month) after the initial assessment.
