If you are new to CrossFit and interested in getting  started, we recommend an introduction course. This 3 class course will cover all the basics as far as proper movement, nutrition, range of motion assessment, how classes are run and what to do before and after class.

We understand that this can be overwhelming for most people, so this 3 class course really helps bridge the gap from knowing very little/ nothing at all to taking classes.

If you don't have CrossFit experience but have experience with similar programs like kettlebell classes, HIIT classes or bootcamps, or have experience squating, deadlifting, etc... then we recommend a 1 class intro just to help you get caught up to speed a bit
