Our classes and programs are always evolving. Below is a breakdown of the way we currently format about 75% of our classes.

It doesn't really matter what our format is, our basic principles remain the same.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven o be the most effective method of fitness for improving endurance and getting rid of body fat

Resistance Training is proven to be the best tool for developing muscle and strength

Always varying workouts is proven to be the best way to avoid overuse injuries as well as plateaus
